We offer boutique classes designed to support every body, with one-on-one, duet and trio sessions on state-of-the-art Pilates equipment, alongside mat classes limited to just eight participants. Each session allows for personalised attention within a welcoming, community-led environment.

Anna Le Her

Meet our Founder

Anna’s journey into movement began in London while training as an actor at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. There, she immersed herself in voice and bodywork practices including Feldenkrais, the Alexander Technique, yoga and dance — developing a deep understanding of the connection between breath, voice and physical expression.

It was during her time performing in London in the early 2000s that Anna discovered Pilates. The impact was immediate, reshaping not only how she moved, but how she experienced and understood her body.

Alongside her performance training, Anna completed qualifications in Anatomy and Physiology and Stress Management (ITEC, London), and continued her voice studies. After returning to Australia, she earned her Diploma in Pilates Instruction (PITC) in 2006 and has since worked across several Sydney studios before establishing her own boutique space in Mosman.

Anna’s work is grounded in a holistic approach to the Pilates method — extending beyond musculoskeletal outcomes to support broader wellbeing, including vocal health. She is passionate about supporting meaningful, positive change through movement, and continues to evolve her practice with both clients and student teachers.

Outside the studio, Anna maintains her love of theatre, travel and languages, and in 2026 joins the National Pilates Training Faculty.
